Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by 295 through our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 295 platform.
295 reserves the right to modify, add to or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 295. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. 295 is not responsible for any use of the platform by underage individuals.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without compensation. Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address and a valid Malaysian phone number.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. 295 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring all activities carried out through their account comply with applicable local laws.
- Any attempt to hack, defraud or manipulate 295's systems is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Users are not permitted to access another person's account or lend their account to any third party.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 295 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept a range of local payment methods including bank transfer, Boost and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe set by your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment processors are beyond 295's control, and we are not responsible for such delays.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures which may be required at 295's discretion. Should any suspicious activity be detected on an account, 295 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal request until the investigation is completed.
295 will not refund deposits that have been used for wagering, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by 295 management. However, any unused funds in an account may be withdrawn subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The 295 platform is provided for lawful entertainment and wagering purposes only. Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
Usage Restrictions
- The use of automated software (bots) or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or loopholes in the gaming system is a serious breach of these terms.
- Sharing or distributing any content from the 295 platform without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
295 is not liable for any financial loss, indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions or technical failures beyond our control. 295's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
295 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if 295 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being misused. In the event of account closure due to a breach, 295 is under no obligation to return any remaining balance in the account.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software and materials on the 295 platform are the exclusive property of 295 or parties that have licensed them to 295. Users may not copy, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 295.
Third-Party Links
The 295 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 295 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
295 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
